BNXN – Shamaya Ft. FOLA

BNXN teams up with rising Nigerian singer and songwriter FOLA on “Shamaya,” a melodic Afrobeats collaboration released on October 1, 2026.

The track arrives as the fifth song on BNXN’s six-track EP, Still In Charge, placing it near the close of the project and setting up the final solo track, “If You Like.” The release follows an anticipation-building snippet that had already generated attention ahead of the full song.

“Shamaya” brings together BNXN’s laid-back vocal delivery and FOLA’s complementary harmonies over a crisp, mid-tempo Afrobeats production. The two singers create a smooth vocal exchange, allowing the melody to remain central throughout the record.

The collaboration also continues their musical connection after “Very Soon,” which appeared on BNXN’s CAPTAIN album. Their latest outing gives that partnership another chapter while adding a collaborative highlight to Still In Charge.

Listen to BNXN’s “Shamaya” featuring FOLA and experience a smooth Afrobeats collaboration from the new Still In Charge EP.
