Jamaican dancehall icon Vybz Kartel is set to release his highly anticipated studio album God & Time on June 5, 2026. The project will be available globally through TJ Records and Vybz Kartel Muzik, with distribution handled by Zojak World Wide.
Positioned as a deeply personal body of work, God & Time reflects a new chapter in Kartel’s career following his release in late 2024. The album draws inspiration from a popular Jamaican expression tied to faith, patience, and destiny, symbolizing his long journey and transformation over the years.
Musically, the project moves in a more reflective direction compared to his earlier aggressive style. It embraces introspective storytelling, international collaborations, and smoother sounds aimed at a wider audience, including more romantic and female-centered themes.
The 14-track album also features an impressive lineup of global collaborators, blending dancehall with Afrobeats and Latin influences.
