The soulful side of ATK MusiQ’s comeback era continues to unfold with “Ixesha,” a beautifully crafted Amapiano collaboration featuring Civil Soul and Springle.
Released on July 29, 2026, the track appears as the fifth entry on the group’s expansive double-disc album The Return, further highlighting the depth and creativity behind their long-awaited return.
Driven by atmospheric melodies and carefully layered instrumentation, “Ixesha” captures the refined sound that defines the opening half of the project. The record features additional production and instrumental contributions from Muziqal Tone and Civil Soul, while Springle adds a distinctive vocal presence that complements the song’s emotional and melodic direction.
With a runtime of 5 minutes and 32 seconds, the track embraces the deeper side of Amapiano, blending smooth rhythms, rich textures, and a sophisticated groove. As part of Disc A of The Return, “Ixesha” represents the collective’s focus on soulful and Private School Amapiano influences before the album transitions into more energetic street-driven sounds on the second disc.
A strong continuation of ATK MusiQ’s comeback journey, “Ixesha” showcases the group’s ability to create immersive records while maintaining the signature sound that has earned them a respected place in the Amapiano movement.
