Ugandan vocalist King Saha returns with a spontaneous new release titled “Eyali Owange,” also circulated as “Eyali Owange Live,” officially released on August 19, 2026.
The song seemed created in an impressive 10-hour studio session, with King Saha writing, singing, and recording the track in a single day.
Musically, “Eyali Owange” takes a softer route, moving away from King Saha’s familiar Afro-pop and dancehall sounds. A warm reggae groove and live-band arrangement provide the foundation, allowing his smooth and expressive vocals to take the lead.
The title roughly translates from Luganda to “The one who used to be mine.” True to its meaning, the song explores nostalgia, lost love, and the process of moving on. King Saha delivers the emotions with restraint, giving the track a soulful quality that connects with anyone reflecting on a relationship from the past.
With its organic instrumentation and heartfelt storytelling, “Eyali Owange” shows another side of King Saha while adding a deeply personal touch to his latest musical chapter.
Listen to Eyali Owange!
