Nigerian indigenous rapper Hugo P brings together a powerful combination of street wisdom and cultural expression on “Obi Nwanne,” the second track from his 20TK (2 Thousand and TK Forever) EP, released on July 31, 2026.
In addition, the record unites Hugo P with Jeriq and Wizard Chan for a collaboration built around loyalty, friendship, and shared experiences.
The title “Obi Nwanne,” translated from Igbo as “brotherly love” or “the heart of a brother,” reflects the song’s central message of unity and standing by one another through difficult times.
Hugo P delivers his sharp, lyrical style, while Jeriq adds his familiar, street-oriented energy, and Wizard Chan brings a soulful, chant-inspired touch that gives the track a distinct cultural identity.
