South African Amapiano producer ShaunMusiq is set to make a major statement with his highly anticipated studio album MISSING PIECE, arriving globally on July 31, 2026. Released through Kgaday (Pty) Ltd and Sony Music Entertainment Africa, the expansive 21-track project showcases ShaunMusiq’s evolving production style while bringing together some of the most exciting voices in the South African music scene.
A key highlight from the album rollout is “Uzophonela,” a collaboration featuring Nkosazana Daughter, Mkeyz, and Tshepo Keyz. The track sees Nkosazana Daughter delivering her signature smooth and melodic Amapiano vocals over ShaunMusiq’s carefully crafted log-drum-driven production, creating one of the project’s standout moments.
Beyond this collaboration, MISSING PIECE presents a wide-ranging collection of Amapiano records featuring contributions from Daliwonga, Nomfundo Moh, LeeMcKrazy, Thatohatsi, Mashudu, Eemoh, Zee Nxumalo, Asive, and more.
