Meanwhile, this project marks a pivotal moment in his career, serving as his first full-length release under his independent imprint, Giran Republic, in partnership with EMPIRE.
The album has already made history, propelling Asake to become the first African artist to have five different projects reach No. 1 on the UK Apple Music chart.
While Asake is the pioneer of the Neo-Fuji/Amapiano blend, M$NEY sees him experimenting with broader musical textures. The album opens with a live choral introduction, a nod to his historic Red Bull Symphonic performance.
