South African producer Xduppy brings together Angekebabuye MC, Mluusician, and DJ Maphorisa on “Kumnandi Ukuba La,” the second track from the upcoming “AMA ROYALE” EP.
The Amapiano collaboration blends deep-house influences, jazzy instrumentation, and a laid-back lounge feel with the powerful log drums that keep the track rooted in the genre. The result is a smooth but rhythmic production with plenty of movement.
DJ Maphorisa adds his polished production touch to the record, creating a spacious backdrop for Angekebabuye MC and Mluusician to showcase their distinctive street-inspired flows. Their vocal performances give the track character while fitting naturally into Xduppy’s arrangement.
Released through New Money Gang Records with exclusive distribution by Sony Music Entertainment Africa, “Kumnandi Ukuba La” further builds anticipation for AMA ROYALE.
As the second track on the project, it highlights the strong chemistry between the artists while offering a relaxed yet dance-ready take on contemporary Amapiano.
