A celebration of Ghanaian music and culture is on the way as Moliy released “Accra Girls,” a breakthrough collaboration featuring Mellissa and rap icon Sarkodie.
Premiered on July 27, 2026, the highly anticipated record appears as Track 8 on Moliy’s forthcoming mixtape, Baddies Love MOLIY, one of the most talked-about projects of the summer.
Blending nostalgia with a fresh contemporary sound, “Accra Girls” pays tribute to Ghana’s rich musical heritage by drawing inspiration from classic Azonto anthems. The song incorporates elements of Criss Waddle’s hit “Ayi” featuring Bisa Kdei, while also referencing the memorable melody from 4×4’s fan-favorite “Miss Doctor,” creating a vibrant fusion of old-school energy and modern Afro-pop.
Moliy leads the collaboration with her signature smooth vocals, while Mellissa adds soulful melodies that complement the record’s infectious rhythm. Sarkodie rounds out the track with a powerful verse, bringing his trademark lyrical precision and undeniable charisma to the release.
