Nigerian Afro-gospel pioneer Gaise Baba is preparing to open a new chapter with God Is Cooking, his highly anticipated third studio album.
The 13-track project release on August 14, 2026, through 464 Projects and ONErpm, bringing together faith, culture, and contemporary African sounds.
The album’s title reflects Gaise Baba’s central message: while God is preparing the purpose and direction for each season, the artist’s music serves as a vessel for delivering that message to listeners. Across the project, themes of surrender, service, spiritual growth, purpose, and faith take centre stage.
Ahead of the official release, Gaise Baba gave listeners an early taste of the project during an exclusive international listening event in London. The album features production contributions from Sess and other collaborators, helping shape its blend of urban sonics and Christian themes.
