After making her mark in the entertainment world, Mbalenhle Mavimbela officially opens a new chapter of her artistry with her debut EP Ngokwami.
The project introduces the actress and DJ’s musical identity under the name Mbalenhle M, showcasing a personal collection rooted in Afro House and 3-Step sounds.
Released on July 24, 2026, through Mavimbela Media House and distributed by Virgin Music Group SA, Ngokwami features seven tracks that reflect Mavimbela’s creative growth and emotional journey.
The EP title, which translates to “In My Own Way” or “My Way,” represents her decision to share her experiences through her own perspective, turning personal moments into music.
With Ngokwami, Mbalenhle M delivers a heartfelt introduction to her sound, proving that her creativity extends far beyond the screen and into the world of contemporary South African dance music.
