Erigga and EESKAY continue their collaborative run with “Two Strips,” the third track on their joint hip-hop EP, North & South. Released on July 31, 2026, the record maintains the project’s focus on bringing Southern street rap and Northern hip-hop together.

Produced by Tubase, the song rides on a dark, mid-tempo beat driven by heavy bass and a stripped-back arrangement. The production leaves plenty of room for both rappers to focus on their lyrics, delivery, and contrasting styles.

Erigga brings his trademark storytelling and proverb-filled rap, drawing from the realities of life and survival in the South-South. EESKAY responds with a smoother Northern-influenced cadence and multilingual approach, creating an interesting balance between their individual perspectives.

The title “Two Strips” plays around themes of rank, street experience, and the different levels people navigate while trying to survive. Both artists use their verses to paint pictures of ambition, struggle, and the realities surrounding street life.

At 2 minutes and 46 seconds, the track keeps its message direct without overstaying its welcome. As the third song on North & South, “Two Strips” strengthens the EP’s cross-regional identity while giving Erigga and EESKAY another platform to showcase their lyrical ability.
