Tuff King closes his debut Black Sheepizen (EP) with “Gividem,” an explosive final track that brings the project to an energetic finish. Released on June 30, 2024, the 2-minute, 48-second record captures the Enugu-born indigenous rapper at his most confident, turning the closing chapter of his “Black Sheep” statement into a bold declaration of ambition.
The title “Gividem” carries the idea of giving it to them or showing what you are capable of. Tuff King uses that attitude to address doubters and celebrate his determination to succeed despite being overlooked. Rather than dwelling on the challenges explored throughout the EP, he ends on a note of confidence, resilience, and readiness to prove himself.
The production delivers a hard-hitting combination of indigenous Igbo rap and Nigerian street-hop, built around heavy bass, energetic percussion, and a bouncy rhythmic foundation. Tuff King responds with sharp flows, animated delivery, and memorable street-oriented lines that keep the momentum high.
As track six and the EP’s closing record, “Gividem” provides a fitting conclusion to Black Sheepizen. Its assertive energy reinforces the project’s central message: being the outsider does not mean staying behind. The underground reception of the EP would later help establish the foundation for Tuff King’s 2026 full-length project, BLACK SHEEPIZEN (THE 13th DISCIPLE).
