South African artist and DJ Lesego M assembles an impressive lineup of collaborators on “Ngizobuya,” featuring Rory Diamondz, Mphoet, Mdakzin, BhuDescaR, SLCK WAV, and Tranquillior Sir. Released on July 3, 2026, the soulful Amapiano record serves as the lead single from Lesego M’s forthcoming EP, introducing listeners to her evolving musical vision.
Borrowing its title from the Zulu phrase meaning “I will return,” the record explores themes of home, identity, nostalgia, and reconnecting with one’s roots. Inspired by Lesego M’s “Two Worlds, One Sound” creative direction, the song draws from African soul and jazz influences while embracing the contemporary sound of Amapiano.
