Released on August 12, 2026, the track takes its title from the isiZulu phrase “Lala Ngoxolo,” meaning “Rest in peace.” The song features Sizwe Sabelo Mdluli also seemed created as a heartfelt remembrance of the late artist.
Vystor X and Sizwe Sabelo Mdluli use the song to reflect on Scebi’s passing while paying tribute to his musical legacy. The release adds to the numerous songs and messages of remembrance that have emerged across the Maskandi community following the tragedy.
